apt-get update失败，请教错因。

我执行apt-get update后，出现：
Ign http://debian.okey.net ./ Release
Reading Package Lists... Error!   
E: Dynamic MMap ran out of room
E: Error occured while processing debconf (NewVersion1)
E: Problem with MergeList /var/lib/dpkg/status
E: The package lists or status file could not be parsed or opened.
请问各位，这是什么原因导致的，敬请分解。

是不是文件系统出过问题？
好像/var/lib/dpkg/status文件损坏？

我也出现过这样的问题，应该是楼上说的文件损坏。

个人猜想，你的/etc/apt/source.lst文件源太杂，导致错误信息，
尝试把source.lst精简一下，说不定好了。
个人观点而已，因为我好象也出过这种问题，就是这样解决的。

如楼上所说，的确是source.lst太杂乱了，以前用这个source没问题的，可现在却出问题了，可能是镜像站点的问题吧！

你应该到 apt.conf 里面修改 cache-limit 的值。
如原来是 1000000, 就改成2000000, 放大一倍，应该够了。

source.lst还是source.list是/etc/apt/sources.list下的吧
