REDHAT8.0下如何解决安装scsi卡的问题？

os采用的是redhat8.0,此环境下添加一块emulex lp8000的光纤卡，驱动编译后，加载是出现如下错误信息：依信息理解是编译器版本不一致所引起。不知如何解决，各位大哥帮一把。
