如何更改外挂硬盘的属性？

usb外置硬盘，在mdk9.1种只能在root用户下挂载使用，请问怎么能让其他用户使用它？

I don't know what those options meaning , so I don't know how to change them , I changed them as I want ,but nothing changed except that file! I'm not yet use usb HD on users that's not root.
Sorry , The CIM doesn't work now .

你好，我现在已经可以在普通用户下用了，用命令：mount -t ntfs -o iocharset=cp936,umask=000 /dev/sda1 /mnt/removable，但不能在/etc/fstab里加入任何有关它的的内容，如果有这些内容，它会自动加载，但无法进入，用cd /mnt/removeble 结果：Input/Output error之类的。

如果不能加载成功，我觉得原因是在这里，系统启动的时候，是先加载/etc/fstab，然后才加载USB的驱动，所以出现这样的问题。
能否把您所加入的/etc/fstab的加载USB盘的项发上来？

我这只有root才能mount 和umount，普通用户也可以吗？
