gentoo-china里一些包的名称问题。

我刚想装一下stardict和一些字典，但是用eix stardict-*看一下有216个字典（portage+gentoo-china+gentoo-taiwan）。而且大部分的description都是：

想问几个问题：
1) ebuild 裡的 description=""可以用非英文字母吗？
2) stardict.org官方网页已经没有powerword的字典了。在overlay里会有版权问题吗？

字典的描述信息好像都写死在stardict.eclass里面了

powerword的字典，我想只提供ebuild，overlay本身并不提供文件下载应该没有什么问题吧？

至于第一个问题应该是可以的吧。但是gentoo好像并不推荐这样去做。可以自己修改一下ebuild尝试一下就知道结果了。
