02:0b.1 Multimedia audio controller: Hint Corp: Unknown device 101d (rev 01)
        Subsystem: Unknown device 4553:a071

Just look into the card.

Checkout what's the chip this soundcard is using, and see if there is a kernel module whose name has it or something like in it. If yes, good luck, follow this. (It's said you are using PCI card, if using USB interface or something else, I am sure you need extra steps not mentioned here.)
#insmod soundcore
#insmod <the_kenel_module_with_your_chip_name_in_it>
if no ugly error messages go out, congratulaions! Good luck!

It's so hard to find the webpage of ICON sound technology.

I only find your sound card is from ICON company, and it's a professional card. Since I cann't find the chip type, I can't help anymore. But I suggest you using alsa system instead of oss system if you really want to using it for musical production under linux. check the alsa home page for more detail.
