[Q]TV Card && PAL_DK && Linux ?

Hi, all

I need to watch TV on a PC with linux system, but information from google
shows that some cards do either not support chinese TV norm PAL_DK, or don't work well under linux.
It also shows that most cards are based on either of the three types of chipset:cx2388x, bt878/848, saa7130/33/34/35, and they respectively correspond the driver cx8800,bttv, saa7134.

What's the difference between these tv cards? Are bttv cards more stable?
Is there some difference between their function? What about the support for PAL_DK?

I am confused now. Which type of card on earth is what I need?
Which card is easier to be configured? And how can I configure it?
