What an oooooooooooooold network card!

This card should be compatible with NE2000 but you may need to set its i/o address and IRQ. Try the following to see if it works:

modprobe ne io=0x240 irq=10

If it does not work, try other combinations of io and irq, e.g. io=0x220, io=0x300....., irq=11,12,9,8,7.....
