我的openoffice双击无法打开中文名字的文件

哎，又是乱码问题

一、您要在英文UI下正常显示中文，必须条件
安装中文字体(wqy-*)
设置locale为utf8或其它支持中文的编码

二、在英文UI下，fcitx中文输入可以正常动作
不要更改fcitx配置文件的编码，默认是gb2312，为什么不是utf8？问作者去吧！
