rfc2684ctl运行的时候出现的问题？请解决！紧急！

安装实达5800UB，运行cxstart.sh已经出现下面界面，但是却上不了网，提示的问题那位能帮忙解决一下？
我使用的是rfc1483/2684 bridge方式连接，cpu是AthlonXP2000+
以下是连接信息

这是因为少动态库文件，我给的地址就是下载rpm包安装上
