A lot of problem,which is first?

(Sorry,my input mode is wrong,so i have to type English)
1.My net card is not realized by linux
2.My video card is not supported by linux (Ati 9550)
3.My other hard disk partition is in the type of ntfs

My Questions:
1.I want to install the video card first but i can't visit the internet,so i download the file in windows mode and put it in hda5,but i can't mount the ntfs type,because i have to download another package to support my linux kernel(My version is redhat9.0),but i can't visit the internet in linux.....


Which can i do first???????

while configuring your new kernel, check on the function you need in the kernel, that's all.
