请教一下，linux下，IDE硬盘无法分区的问题！

操作一切正常
就是死活挂不上第4块硬盘
提示如下：
[root@ks1 /]# fdisk /dev/hdc
ide-floppy driver 0.99 newide
hdc: driver not present
ide-floppy driver 0.99 newide
hdc: driver not present

Unable to open /dev/hdc
[root@ks1 /]#

这是什么意思啊？
我给别的盘分区都很正常啊
[root@ks1 /]# fdisk /dev/hdd
