怎么redhat-config-services运行不起来

我X可以正常启动并运行的，怎么运行redhat-config-services之类需要启动X的命令就是不行呢？出错信息如下：

Unable to initialize graphical environment.Most likely cause of failure is that the tool was not run  using a graphical environment.Please either start your graphical user interface or set your DISPLAY variable.
Caught exception:could not open display
