看了官网新闻，hwclock设成本地时间会有什么问题呢？

双系统的话就麻烦，还是设成local好了

我家里的win7设置成utc，和arch就相安无事；但公司的win xp和arch就不和谐

我的xp也是，设为了utc但是时不时的系统会自己把时间改掉，就又不对了。

我也是这样的现象，时间同步我是关掉的。只能改为localtime

貌似如果一直不动，让xp屏保就不会改时间。。
