谢谢大哥,我试了.
在:#./speedtouchconf.sh之后,出现提示
please select VPI VCI number ceg.o 38 for UK

我输入8 35 回车.
然后出现:please enter you ISP longin ID (eg another@hg1.btinternet.com)
我直接回车,出现:
please enter you ISP possword
我再回车
出现:
settings:
VPI/VCI:8/35
longin:
password:
ARE these correet(y/n)
我选y回车
出现:
NO farther user inter action is required
configururing speedtouch Driver...
software configaration-FAILED

请问管理员大哥,上面的都是什么意思啊,
然后,我该怎么做,才可以用linux上网呢~~~~

管理员大哥,用了以上的办法,我确定没有操作错误,可是,依然没法上网,在命令行下不行,在 X 下也无法激活ppp0.
怎么办呢?一个星期了啊,依然无法解决我的linux上网问题啊

要先用redhat-config-network，把eth0，也就是相当于网卡，来设置好。

不是这回事，网卡是设置成什么型号的？？？把/etc/modules.conf帖上来一下。

这个不应该是3c501的吧。是不是您自己设置的？？
