新手请教安装debian的问题

win2004

我用的是debian-31r0a-i386-netinst.iso(100多M),听说只是最基本的一个版本.

安装完后只有字符界面,为了安装图形界面,我输入:
apt-get install x-window-system

显示:
Reading package lists ....DONE
Building Dependency Tree ...DONE
Package x-window-system is not available ,but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing,has been obsoleted,or is only available from
another source
Eackage x-window-system has no installation candidate.

意思是说这个包不存在,那上哪载呢?  

为了可以进入图形界面,还需要什么步骤?

哪能位高手帮帮我,第一次用这个,很多不懂的说.

是不是应该去/etc/apt/source.list 修改地址,然后apt-get update?

那是用sarge还是其它的?

我怀疑你的情况或许是sources.list不对或者什么原因，应该是挺简简单大错误：）

source.list设置问题。
debian-31r0a-i386-netinst.iso只能安装基本系统。以后的安装需要连接到网络上安装。
