请教关于rxvt-unicode的透明问题

我在~/.config/openbox/autostart.sh文件里这样设置的

1. xcompmgr -c -t-5 -l-5 -r4 -o.55 &

启动rxvt后,拖动窗口会出现图中的花屏,别的程序没有这样的问题.而且打开另外的程序后,切换几次桌面后再拖动rxvt就没有问题

这样应该不是显卡驱动的问题吧?

不知是我哪里的设置有问题

另外还有个问题请教,如何在pypanel面板上加上xfce4-mixer ..
